Registration Information

Reservations

Please be advised that your child's spot will be reserved once we have received payment.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash and cheques. Please note that all prices are in Canadian funds (CDN) plus tax

Discounts

Multiple Campers: There is no discount for registering more than one child in a single week.

Multiple Weeks: If you register for more than one week, you will receive $5 for every additional week up to a maximum of $20 per family.

Example:
Week #1 -- Full fees ($275)
Week #2 -- Full fees minus $5 ($270)
Week #3 -- Full fees minus $5 ($270)
Week #4 -- Full fees minus $5 ($270)
Week #5 -- Full fees minus $5 ($270) - 4 day week (Maximum of $20 reached)
Week #6 -- Full fees ($275)

Example: (with two children)
Week #1 -- 2x Full fees ($275) each
Week #2 -- 2x Full fees minus $5 ($270) each
Week #3 -- 2x Full fees minus $5 ($270) each - (Maximum of $20 reached)
Week #4 -- 2x Full fees ($275) each
Week #5 -- 2x Full fees ($220) each - 4 day week
Week #6 -- 2x Full fees ($275) each

Cancellation and Changes to Registration

Cancellation of registration must be completed by June 1, 2010 in order to receive a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. If you need to make a change to your registration, there is no charge to do so. Simply let us know as soon as possible what change you would like to make either through e-mail or by phone. Please note, registration changes are subject to availability.

Sign-in/Sign-out Policy

At the beginning and end of the day, it is our policy that you sign your child in and out. The person signing your child out will be required to provide photo identification. On your registration form, you are asked to list up to four people who may sign your child in or out.

Step One: Please fill out our online registration form or print off the forms and mail or fax them to us.

Online Registration and Health Information Form

(Mail to 189 Grey Fox Dr.,Carp, ON. K0A 1L0) or fax (613-839-1956) it to us. Be sure to fill out one Personal and Health Information Form per camper.

Step Two: Please fill out our Waiver and Release of Liability form. Because we need a signature, this form must be mailed or faxed to us even if you have registered online. This mandatory form is necessary for each child and must be completed and signed for campers to participate.
